Wish: "Could I have a pony?"

She's eleven, what are you gonna do.

Weapon: Ribbons. She can summon bright pink ribbons of whatever length is needed and can use them to bind, as whips or as whatever else she feels the need to use ribbons for (read: putting them everywhere because HECK YEAH RIBBONS).

Magic: The pony that Megan wished for fights alongside her, growing wings and a magical beam-shooting horn and everything. Fortunately she doesn't have to take the pony with her whenever she goes witch-hunting; she's able to summon it alongside her as well.

Soul Gem: Obnoxiously bright pink and glittery. Like, you can shake it and it looks like one of those glitter snow globes. She's sewn it into her ever-present hair ribbon so that she has a bright, shining crystal-looking thing right on top of her head.
